Introduction
Mech@SusInd Action is looking forward to promoting and implementing the economic and environmental benefits of mechanochemical-assisted processes to the industrial scale. This Action thrives to pave the way to wider application of mechanochemistry in the industry, addressing the need to continuously improve the efficiency of chemical processes by reducing energy, time and raw materials needed, and waste produced to yield the products. Overall in smaller environmental footprint of chemical processes involved.

In relation to industry CA18112 will be mainly focused on:

  • Organic chemistry in API synthesis
  • Materials chemistry relevant to organic chemistry/ Catalysis
  • Biomass valorisation
  • Circular economy

Intellectual Properties Rights

To further address the needs of industry an Intellectual Properties Rights force task will be commissioned in the framework of CA18112 comprising of academic and industrial stakeholders active in the Cost Action
