1ST MEETING OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR COST ACTION CA18112 - MECHANOCHEMISTRY FOR SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRY

On 27th of February 2019, the first meeting of the management committee for COST Action CA18112 - Mechanochemistry for Sustainable Industry was held in Brussels. COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a European Union funding organisation for research and innovation networks. Its Actions help connect research initiatives across Europe and beyond and enable researchers and innovators to grow their ideas in any science and technology field by sharing them with their peers.

COST Action 18112 focuses on the great promise and unexplored potential of Mechanochemistry within the contexts of chemical, pharmaceutical industries, and process engineering. It has been initiated and is now chaired by Assoc. Prof. Evelina Colacino from the University of Montpellier in France. In the management committee Slovenia is represented by the Dean of FTPO, Doc. Dr. Thomas Wilhelm.
